Client Navigator, BHA
Kaitlyn is our dedicated client navigator; offering support and guidance with scheduling, paperwork and any other needs you may have. She is often found in her office upstairs or in the lobbies offering her help to those who are checking in or are new to our clinic. Kaitlyn has worked in direct care with SED youth for the past six years and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in social work to continue serving youth with mental and behavioral needs. Kaitlyn believes in serving all clients with empathy and respect and strives to meet the needs of people with kindness and efficiency.

Social Worker, BSW
Jay Greene has grown up in Alaska their whole life. They attended school in Southeast Alaska and graduated with a Bachelor's of Social Work from the University of Alaska Anchorage in May of 2015. Jay has worked in a variety of social service areas including intimate partner violence, sexual assault, addictions, inpatient settings, prevention education, and suicide prevention. Jay has a passion for working within the LGBTQ+ community, especially with youth. Jay hopes to return to school and receive their Master's of Social Work in order to become a licensed counselor. In their free time, Jay enjoys guitar, music, their family, video games, and nature.
